Asphalt Paving: Paved asphalt is designed to provide all-weather use and wear surfaces. The clean, smooth look of professionally installed pavement enhances the beauty of any property.

Site Development: From 100% complete construction drawings, BPI will take your project concept and perform fine grading and stone set-up for concrete pads, sidewalks, curb, gutter, and asphalt surfaces.

Seal Coating: Seal coating is designed to protect asphalt surfaces from the damaging effects of the environment. It is also a cost effective way to spruce up that faded asphalt surface.

Asphalt Crack Sealer: Asphalt crack sealer is an elastomeric compound used to seal off moisture penetration into the sub-grade thus extending the life expectancy of the asphalt surface.

Asphalt Patching: When areas in the asphalt surface become broken or become deteriorated, BPI can correct the problems by either skim patching or removal & replacement.

Striping: Professionally applied striping, markings, & signage can create a problem-free parking lot and roadway.
